Cookie Policy
Updated 22 Aug 2026 · Vaidra
This policy describes cookies and similar technologies on vaidra.care and the Vaidra Platform. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
What we use
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use pixels and scripts that behave like cookies (for example analytics tags).
- Necessary — Platform sign-in: when a clinician signs in with Google, we set a first-party session cookie so the browser can call the API as that user. The Service does not work while signed in without it. Default lifetime is about seven days.
- Analytics — marketing site: Google Analytics 4 may load when a measurement ID is configured. It collects approximate location (IP anonymisation is enabled), device, and page-view data so we can understand traffic.
- Analytics — Microsoft Clarity: when a Clarity project is configured, the marketing site and/or Platform may load Clarity for session analytics and heatmaps. Clarity can record interactions with the page.
We do not currently run advertising cookies or a cross-site ad network. We do not operate a cookie consent banner; analytics scripts load when their project IDs are set in our deployment.
How to control them
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out of the Platform.
Google Analytics: use Google’s opt-out tools or an analytics blocker. See Google Analytics opt-out.
Microsoft Clarity: see Microsoft’s privacy statement and your browser’s tracking protections.
Third parties
Google (sign-in and Analytics) and Microsoft may set their own cookies when those services load on our site or Platform. Demo booking links out to Calendly; Calendly cookies apply on Calendly’s site, not because we embed Calendly on vaidra.care. Their policies apply to that processing. Vendors that process Platform data more broadly are listed under Subprocessors.
