Acceptable Use Policy

Updated 22 Aug 2026 · Vaidra

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Site or the Vaidra Platform.

01

Allowed use

Use the Platform for authorised clinical work: live consults you are entitled to conduct, with patients (and others in the room) informed that capture may be running. Review every draft — notes, differentials, prescriptions, summaries, and chat — before you commit, print, or share it. Invite only colleagues who should see that workspace.

02

Clinical rules

  • Do not practice medicine through Vaidra without a valid licence and the right to treat that patient.
  • Do not treat model output as a diagnosis, prescription, or care plan you have not reviewed.
  • Do not start recording until the patient (and others who may be captured) have been told, unless a lawful exception applies.
  • Do not use Vaidra to generate false records, fabricated prescriptions, or misleading patient summaries.
  • Do not rely on Vaidra as your only drug-interaction, allergy, or dosing check.
03

Prohibited conduct

  • Sharing login credentials, scraping the Service, or probing it for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.
  • Uploading malware, or content you do not have the right to process.
  • Using the Service to discriminate unlawfully, harass, or exploit patients or staff.
  • Feeding encounter data, transcripts, or Vaidra outputs into another model or product to build a competing clinical assistant, except as the law allows.
  • Misrepresenting Vaidra as a medical device, as autonomous clinical software, or as HIPAA-certified.
  • Circumventing plan limits, seats, or access controls, or accessing another tenant’s records.
04

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, and we may report unlawful activity. Questions: hello@vaidra.care. The Terms of Service still apply.
